We are actively seeking Finance professionals with disabilities who are passionate about numbers, structure, and enabling sound decision-making in a growing, purpose-driven organization.

As part of our Finance team, you will contribute to reliable financial operations, reporting, and analysis that support the energy transition and our international business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Your exact responsibilities will be aligned with your skills, experience, interests, and accessibility needs.

What you will do to drive the energy transition:

• Support day-to-day accounting, financial operations, or controlling activities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, or analyses

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. auditors, tax advisors)

• Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives

What you will need on that journey:

You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

• A background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (academic or practical)

• Initial experience in finance-related tasks (academic, professional, or self-taught)

• Interest in numbers, accuracy, and structured work

• Basic skills in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience is a plus, not a must)

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
